Chinese

When administered topically, clindamycin can be absorbed systemically,so it can cause the same adverse effect as taken orally. So the contraindication of clindamycin include regional enteritis, ulcerative colitis,or a history of antibiotic-related colitis. The systemic absorption of clindamycin can cause diarrhea, bloody diarrhea, colitis(including pseudomembranous colitis).

Clindamycin should not be used in conjunction with erythromycin-containing products due to the potential for antagonism.

The topical use of tretinoin should avoid sun exposure, due to the susceptibility of sunlight caused by it.
