Some Fact of Vitamins
High dose of vitamin C cannot prevent cold,but once you have caught cold,vitamin C can relieve the symptoms of your cold and shorten the couse of it;
High dose of vitamin A taken everyday can increase the incidence of lung cancer of smokers,and can cause liver cancer;
Long term of consumption of relatively small quantities of vitamin A will reduce the bone density,and cause osteoporosis;
Vitamin E should be taken after meal,this can help you absorb it.Since some vitamin E capsules have a lipidic membrane,you can take this kind of vitamin E with water or before meal;
